You can use Sticky Wash 2 Ways:

Shake bottle before use

Put a nickel amount on wet hands.

Rub hands together and begin washing your face creating a generous lather.

Wash off and pat dry.
Use Sticky Wash as a deep cleansing mask by applying it to your face with a brush or fingertips.

Shake bottle before use.
Let mask sit and dry for 5-30 mins
Apply water to clean, dry hands.
Begin to rub the water into your face vigorously avoiding eye area.
Keep getting hands wet
If you have our Purifying Face Mist System, spray your face with 3, 4,5 or 6.
Work up a rich lather by massaging your face in circular motion.
Rinse thoroughly.
Pat dry.

Use Sticky Wash Serum or Oil.

Recommended usage is twice a day.

Avoid getting sticky wash in your eyes. If you get the wash in your eyes, rinse out immediately with cold water.
