Ingredients

Steaming (using a sink or bowl and hot water)

Take a spoon and fill your Muslin bag with your, “Letting Off Steam Tea Blend.”
Wash your face and neck with with Sticky Wash of choice.
Pat Dry.
Pour 4-6 cups of water inside of a pot or kettle
Once the water begins to boil, add facial tea bag and stir.
Reduce heat from boil, cover the pot/kettle and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Pour water into bowl or sink.
Place a towel over your head and hold it 6 inches above the water.
Adjust your head (high or low) based on comfort.
Steam your face from 5-10 mins.

Steaming using warm towels

Take a spoon and fill your Muslin bag with your, “Letting Off Steam Tea Blend.”
Wash your face and neck with Sticky Wash of choice.
Fill a sink or bowl with hot water.
Use a hand towel and place the hand towel in the hot water to soak.
Add, “Letting Off Steam Tea Blend.”
Pull hair back from face.
Wring out towel.
Place damp towel on your face.
Hold each corner of the damp towel and pull it towards the middle of your forehead.
Cover your entire face with the towel. Don’t cover your nose.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
